Really, we need an appeals court to say a cop can’t stop someone for having a weird reaction to the fact that someone in an unmarked car is staring at her and following her, and because she is a woman who crossed the Mexico border recently? This dude is out of control. Thank you Fourth District for shutting this down. (People v. Mendoza E071835.)
